This symbolizes the contributions and efforts of a member who works "behind the scenes" working on a project or projects that the President feels needs to be recognized for all that the member has done during the past year.
They are judged on their involvement with the club meetings, events, community projects, committees, etc.
A member is eligible if she is in the club for two years or less and meets the following Criteria:
a. Club and Community involvement, a willingness to help and take part and support
all projects and members.
b. Regular attendance at meetings and committee functions.
c.
Enthusiastic attitude and participation in discussions.
d. Is active on at least two
committees.
